Mission Statement

Palumbo Soccer Club’s goal is to provide our players with a fun, positive, and competitive youth soccer environment for individuals of all background and skill levels in order to encourage a love of the game.

Core Values & Club Environment

  • Providing high-quality, youth soccer programming and to be as inclusive as possible in our efforts to serve ALL youth in our communities;
  • Focusing on long-term player development (both technical and tactical) through structured and creative learning;
  • Helping each of our players to maximize his or her own soccer skillsets;
  • Fostering team successes by stressing athletic excellence, a winning attitude, an “all for one, one for all” mentality, and good sportsmanship;
  • Employing a club-wide, age-appropriate training curriculum that builds from season to season;
  • Employing high-level, experienced, and licensed coaches for all of our Club’s programs;
  • Encouraging our parents to be a positive, involved part of the Club by displaying respectful behavior towards others and volunteering their time towards various in-house initiatives;
  • Preparing our players for long-term success, both on and off the soccer field.

About Us

Palumbo Soccer Club is a USYSA, USYF, and EPYSA member youth soccer club, located in Philadelphia, PA.  Our players represent a variety of neighborhoods in the Center City, South Philadelphia, East Philadelphia, West Philadelphia, and lower Northwest sections of the city.  Palumbo Soccer Club offers competitive travel teams for boys and girls in the U9 to U18 age categories; additionally, we offer recreational  programs for boys and girls, ages 4 to 12.  Both our travel and recreational programs are available year-round, inclusive of outdoor play in the Fall, Spring, and Summer seasons and indoor Futsal / 7v7 in the Winter.  Our club also offers Academy Training, Summer Camp programs, and small-group / individualized training sessions.

Palumbo Soccer Club is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit, youth sports organization governed by a Board of Directors.
